There is nothing like the delicious mild flavour of Original Dutch Edam to feed a hungry family.

Original Dutch Edam is easy to recognise thanks to its characteristic round spherical shape and bright red rind. On the inside the cheese is light yellow in colour and the occasional small hole within the cheese occurs during ripening.

Edam has 25% less fat than other hard cheeses, such as cheddar, making it a great option for all meal and snacking occasions, even if you are watching what you eat. It also has 14% more calcium than cheddar helping to keep growing bones strong and healthy.
